Most messages get a reply within 1 business day. Bug reports are usually answered in under 12 hours. Partnership and press inquiries may take 2–3 days. We're a small team, so thank you for your patience.
Not currently. Email and the contact form are the fastest ways to reach us, and they let us keep detailed records so nothing gets lost. If live chat becomes available, we'll announce it on the site.

Absolutely! We currently support 19 languages, but we're always expanding. Send us the language you'd like to see, and if there's enough interest we'll prioritize it. Native speakers who want to help translate are especially welcome.
Yes, and we encourage it. LCM Calc is a single self-contained HTML file with no dependencies, so it can be embedded anywhere. Send us a note with a link to where you'd like to use it and we'll help you get set up.
No. LCM Calc is free, private, and ad-free, and it will stay that way. There are no premium tiers, no upsells, and no plans to introduce either.
We only store the information you submit through the contact form (name, email, message) and only for the purpose of replying to you. We never sell, share, or use it for marketing. All calculations on the calculator itself run entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded.
First, check your spam folder — replies sometimes land there. If it's been more than 3 business days and you still haven't heard back, please send a follow-up. Occasionally messages get caught by our filter, and a second note always helps.
